Ingredients
– 120 ml Coconut Water
– 20 ml Syrup (adjust sweetness to taste)
– 10 g Coconut Meat
– 2 tsp Matchazuki Excellent Grade Matcha Powder
– 60 ml Warm Water
– 1/2 Glass Ice

Instructions
1. In a Chawan (matcha bowl), add 2 teaspoons of Matchazuki Excellent Grade Matcha Powder. Pour in 60 ml of warm water.
2. Using a Chasen (bamboo whisk), whisk the matcha and water together in a “W” motion until the powder is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth. Set the matcha aside.
3. In a separate container, combine 120 ml of coconut water, 20 ml of syrup, and 10 g of coconut meat. Mix well until the coconut meat is evenly distributed.
4. Fill a serving glass halfway with ice.
5. Pour the coconut water mixture into the glass, followed by the freshly prepared matcha on top.
