If you need the product urgently, we offer express delivery service Monday through Sunday, 9:00-18:00 via Grab, Lalamove, or other private transportation. We will charge actual shipping costs, and you can choose to pay the delivery fee in cash upon delivery or to the company. If you want to use express delivery, please contact our customer service team.

We offer free delivery service all over Thailand by third-party carriers such as DHL, Kerry, or EMS when you spend 199 THB or more. If you wish to have international delivery, you can check the cost with our customer service team.

Our 100g matcha yields about 33 teaspoons. You can make roughly 33 cups of 16-oz matcha latte (3g of matcha per cup).

The quality of the green tea leaves used to grind our matcha powder varies by grade, resulting in different colors, aromas, and flavors. The higher the grade, the color is greener, more fragrant, and less bitter , but we want you to try it for yourself first. We recommend ordering a sample set to compare each grade of matcha before making a purchase.

If you like the fragrance, and the taste is not too bitter and the color is intense, we recommend Excellent or Medium, but choose Classic if you prefer a slightly bitter taste.

If you’re making pastries such as cakes, cookies, or brownies, we recommend Classic or Medium, while Classic is a little bitter. Medium or Excellent, which have a stronger matcha flavor and fragrance, are recommended for ice cream, mousse cake, cream, or cheesecake that do not require a bitter taste.

Normally, we keep a stock of every SKU on hand for customers at all times. How to Use

Tip & Recipe

It can be done in a variety of ways. Use a sifter to break the matcha powder from the lumps, then use a Chasen (bamboo whisk) or electric milk frother or shaker to help dissolve the powder.

You’ll be able to do so, but it’ll be difficult. Please see this VDO for instructions.

 

How to Store

Matcha powder is extremely sensitive to heat, light, air (oxygen), and humidity. To keep the matcha as fresh as possible, we recommend the following:

  1. Matcha powder should be stored in an aluminum foil bag and kept in the refrigerator at all times. If it hasn’t been used in more than a month, you can keep it in the freezer.
  2. Allow the bag to sit at room temperature for 15-30 minutes before opening to prevent matcha from becoming wet (temperature inside the bag must be adjusted to room temperature). Otherwise, moisture (water vapor) from the hot air outside will condense into water when it comes into contact with the cold air within the bag, making the tea moist.
  3. Before closing the bag, try to get rid of as much air as possible. Always seal the zipper completely to prevent moisture and odors before putting them in the refrigerator.
  4. Avoid exposing matcha powder to direct sunlight or light as this will cause matcha to fade quickly. Store matcha powder in an opaque airtight container rather than glass jars.

Matcha can keep its quality for 6 months or longer if stored properly and it should be used up within four months after opening the bag. Matcha might not spoil if stored for longer in refrigerator, but the quality will begin to deteriorate. The color of the tea will begin to fade. The aroma will become less fragrant, and the taste will begin to change. Although the tea leaves are steamed at high temperatures during the manufacturing process to stop the oxidation reaction, the matcha was exposed to heat, humidity, and oxygen over time. It will turn the color yellow, much like how normal leaves change from green to yellow.

Our matcha comes in four sizes: 40g, 100g, 500g, and 1kg and is packaged in high quality aluminum foil bags to prevent moisture, light, and air with a ziplock for convenience.
