How to store red bean paste
– If the bag has not been opened, keep it in a dry place and not over 50 degrees (no need to refrigerate) and avoid sunlight.
– After opening, close the bag tightly and refrigerate (no need to freeze). Use a clip to secure the bag tightly (do not scoop it out and put it in another container because mold can fall into it). Using a clean spoon to scoop will extend the shelf life of the product. After opening the bag, it can be stored for about 7 days (normally, if you make red bean paste yourself, it will start to spoil after 2 days).
– Products without preservatives, preservatives, mold, flour and vegetable oil, but use high heat to sterilize. Safe for people to eat but may be harder to store than products with added preservatives.
