Matcha Cotta Frappuccino
(抹茶コッタフラップ)
Indulge in the perfect blend of rich matcha aroma and the creamy smoothness of panna cotta with this Matcha Cotta Frappuccino. This refreshing drink offers a delightful contrast between velvety panna cotta and icy matcha frappé. Let’s get started!

Ingredients
– MATCHAZUKI Classic Matcha Powder – 2 tsp
– Hot Water – 50 ml
– Instant Panna Cotta – 1 cup
– Syrup – 30 ml (adjust to taste)
– Fresh Milk (warm) – 150 ml
– Ice – As needed
– Chocolate Sauce & Whipped Cream – For garnish

Instructions
1. Preparing the Matcha
– Add MATCHAZUKI Classic Matcha Powder to a teacup.
– Pour hot water (50 ml) over the matcha.
– Use a bamboo whisk (Chasen) to blend until smooth and frothy. Set aside.
2. Blending the Frappuccino
– Fill a blender with ice.
– Pour in warm fresh milk (150 ml) and the prepared matcha mixture.
– Add syrup to taste and blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Assembling the Drink
– Drizzle chocolate sauce inside the serving glass for decoration.
– Add instant panna cotta to the glass.
– Pour the blended matcha frappé over the panna cotta.
– Top with whipped cream and an extra drizzle of chocolate sauce.
