– 350ml Whipping Cream

2. Heat the Milk BaseIn a saucepan over low heat, combine fresh milk, granulated sugar, and whipping cream. Stir continuously until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture begins to gently simmer.
3. Incorporate the MatchaGradually add the dissolved matcha mixture to the saucepan, stirring continuously to ensure even distribution.
4. Thicken the SpreadContinue stirring over low heat until the mixture thickens to a spreadable consistency. This process takes approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour. Be careful not to let it burn.
5. Cool and StoreOnce thickened, remove from heat and allow to cool. Transfer to a sterilized glass jar to extend freshness.
