Ingredients
– Sliced bread (of your choice)
– ½ tbsp MATCHAZUKI Medium-grade Matcha powder
– 2 tbsp Salted butter
– 1 tbsp Honey
– Ice cream (flavor of your choice)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Bread:
– Cut the bread into slices of your desired size.
2. Make the Matcha Butter:
– Melt the salted butter in the microwave for about 15 seconds, then add the MATCHAZUKI matcha powder and mix thoroughly until well combined.
3. Coat the Bread:
– Dip each slice of bread into the matcha butter mixture or use a brush to evenly spread the butter over the surface of the bread.
4. Toast the Bread:
– Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and bake the bread for about 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Alternatively, if you don’t have an oven, you can grill the bread in a Teflon pan until it reaches the desired crispness.
