Key Taste Notes: Smoky, Nutty

Character: Rich, smooth, and full-bodied with a distinct smoky and nutty profile (similar to peanuts), finished with a subtle hint of fresh leafy notes.

Matcha M3 is developed to deliver an intense flavor profile, combining nutty and smoky tones for a slightly smoky, creamy taste.

Perfect for cafés looking for a bold, smoky-style matcha flavor.

This matcha is designed as an easy-to-dissolve base for beverages (Matcha 95%, Inulin 5%).

Recommended for:

✔ Matcha Latte (prepared with warm water)
✔ Matcha Latte (cold whisk method)
✔ Matcha mixed with fruit juices

For straight matcha (usucha), it may taste slightly bitter. Using room temperature water is recommended to reduce bitterness.


Matcha Latte Recipe (14 oz)

  • 3.1 g matcha powder
  • 30 ml warm water
  • 90 ml milk / water
  • 10 ml syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 glass of ice

Recommended Preparation Method

  • Sift the matcha powder into a bowl
  • Add warm water and whisk until smooth and frothy
  • Mix milk/water with syrup and stir well
  • Pour over ice and serve
