This matcha is designed as an easy-to-dissolve base for beverages (Matcha 95%, Inulin 5%).

For straight matcha (usucha), it may taste slightly bitter. Using room temperature water is recommended to reduce bitterness.
Matcha Latte Recipe (14 oz)
- 3.1 g matcha powder
- 30 ml warm water
- 90 ml milk / water
- 10 ml syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 glass of ice
Recommended Preparation Method
- Sift the matcha powder into a bowl
- Add warm water and whisk until smooth and frothy
- Mix milk/water with syrup and stir well
- Pour over ice and serve
