5. 1 tablespoon cornstarch
6. 10 grams of unsalted butter

Procedure
Crepe batter
1. Mix all the crepe batter ingredients together in a blender or a hand whisk. Strain into a container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

2. Place a flat Teflon pan on low heat, brush with a little butter, mix the batter well again. Scoop 1 ladle of batter onto the pan, swirl the batter around in the pan until it is evenly distributed.
