Matcha Pocky (Green Tea Biscuit)

Hello, today, the MATCHAZUKI page, premium grade matcha powder from Japan, would like to present an easy dessert menu that you can invite your kids to make together. It’s called Matcha Pocky or green tea Pocky (green tea biscuits). It’s a dessert that all ages love because it’s easy to make, easy to eat, and fun to eat. It’s gone in no time. So let’s make green tea Pocky or green tea biscuits that are easy but delicious. ^^

Key Ingredients
1. 100 grams of white chocolate
2. 1 tablespoon of medium grade MATCHAZUKI matcha powder
3. Various types of biscuits as desired
4. Coarsely ground nuts or chocolate chips, as desired (for coating)

Procedure
1. Microwave white chocolate at maximum heat for 15 seconds. Remove and stir until melted. Add green tea powder and stir until combined. (If the chocolate is still not melted, microwave for another 10 seconds at a time.)

2. Pour the chocolate into a tall glass and tilt the glass at about 45 degrees. Dip the biscuit sticks in, leaving the ends open. Or, if they are round, insert a skewer into the cream filling inside and dip about halfway.

3. Dip in coarsely ground nuts or chocolate flakes as desired. Arrange on a plate. If you like it a little hard, put it in the refrigerator for about 5 minutes. Or if making with children, have them sprinkle with nuts or chocolate flakes and eat it immediately. It’s another delicious way.

See? It’s a very easy dessert to make. It looks beautiful and attracts children very well. You can invite your children to make it on the weekend. It also has a strong taste and smell of real green tea. If anyone tries making it, don’t forget to show us some pictures. ^^
