Ingredients
– 100g White Chocolate
– 100 ml Sweetened Fresh Milk
– 30 ml Syrup (adjust sweetness to taste)
– Ice
– 1 1/2 tsp Matchazuki Medium Grade Matcha Powder
– 100 ml Hot Water

Instructions
1. In a saucepan, melt the white chocolate with the sweetened fresh milk over low heat, stirring occasionally until smooth and fully melted.
2. Once melted, pour the white chocolate mixture and ice into a blender. Blend until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and smooth. Pour into a serving glass.
3. In a separate teacup, add 1 1/2 teaspoons of Matchazuki Medium Grade Matcha Powder and pour in 100 ml of hot water. Use a tea whisk to dissolve the matcha, ensuring the powder is fully blended. Set aside.
4. Add the prepared matcha mixture and ice to the blender. Sweeten with syrup to your desired level of sweetness and blend until smooth.
5. Pour the matcha blend over the white chocolate mixture in the glass.
6. Garnish with additional white chocolate on top, if desired, for a beautiful finishing touch.
