– White chocolate – 100 g
– Salted butter – 70 g
– Sugar – 50 g
– Eggs – 2
– Whipping cream – 45 g
– All-purpose flour – 80 g
– Baking soda – ½ tsp
– Red bean paste – 80 g
– Roasted almond halves – 40 g
Toppings & Garnish
– Dairy whipping cream – 200 g
– Fresh strawberries – 60 g
– Strawberry sauce – 40 g
– Icing sugar (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Preparing the Matcha Brownie Batter
1. Melt white chocolate using a double boiler (place a mixing bowl over a pot of hot water).
2. Add MATCHAZUKI Excellent Matcha to the melted chocolate and mix until smooth, creating a rich green mixture.
3. Add salted butter and sugar to the matcha-chocolate mixture, stirring until well combined.
4. Gradually add the eggs, one at a time, whisking continuously to ensure a smooth batter.
5. Pour in the whipping cream and mix until fully incorporated.
Step 2: Mixing the Dry Ingredients
1. Sift the all-purpose flour and baking soda together, then gradually fold them into the wet batter.
2. Gently mix in the red bean paste, ensuring even distribution.
