Ingredients
– 2 teaspoons Matchazuki Medium Grade Matcha Powder
– 350 ml Hot Water
– 90 ml Syrup (adjust sweetness to taste)
– 100 g Cream Cheese
– 50 ml Whipped Cream
– Ice

Instructions
1. In a teacup, add 2 teaspoons of Matchazuki Medium Grade Matcha Powder and pour in a small amount of hot water. Use a tea brush to whisk the matcha until it dissolves completely, creating a smooth paste. Set aside.
2. In a separate glass, pour the remaining 350 ml of hot water. Add 90 ml of syrup and stir to combine. Then, pour in the prepared matcha mixture, mixing well. Set the drink aside to cool.
3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until soft and fluffy. Add the whipped cream and continue to beat the mixture until smooth and well combined.
4. Once the matcha mixture has cooled, add it to the cream cheese and whipped cream mixture. Stir gently to combine.
5. Fill a glass with ice and pour the matcha cream mixture over the ice.
6. Garnish with a dollop of cream cheese and a sprinkle of Matchazuki Medium Grade Matcha Powder on top for an extra touch of flavor and decoration.
