ส่วนผสม

Ingredients
Crepe Batter:
– 250 grams of cake flour
– ¼ teaspoon of salt
– 1 tablespoon of MATCHAZUKI Medium-grade Matcha powder
– 6 eggs
– 600 grams of fresh milk
– 130 grams of granulated sugar
– 150 grams of melted vegetable oil or unsalted butter
Whipped Cream and Red Bean Paste:
– 500 grams of whipped cream (if using unsalted, add 50 grams of sugar)
– 1 tablespoon of MATCHAZUKI Medium-grade Matcha powder
– Finely ground red bean paste (amount as desired)

วิธีการทำ

Instructions
1. Prepare the Crepe Batter:
– In a blender or using a hand whisk, combine all the crepe batter ingredients. Once mixed, strain the batter into a container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the batter to chill.
2. Cook the Crepes:
– Place a flat Teflon pan over low heat and lightly grease it with butter. Before cooking each crepe, stir the batter well to ensure it is smooth. Pour one ladle of the batter into the pan, swirling it around to form a thin layer. As the batter begins to puff up, use a spatula to gently loosen the edges and then set the crepe aside to cool. Repeat the process until all the batter is used.
3. Prepare the Whipped Cream:
– In a chilled mixing bowl, combine the whipped cream and MATCHAZUKI Matcha powder. Whip until soft peaks form and the mixture is light and fluffy.
4. Assemble the Crepe Cake:
– Once the crepes have cooled, spread a thin layer of the whipped cream on the top of each crepe. Then, add a layer of red bean paste to enhance the flavor. Continue layering the crepes, alternating between whipped cream and red bean paste, until all the crepes are stacked.
5. Chill and Serve:
– Refrigerate the assembled cake until the whipped cream has set, about 1-2 hours. Once chilled, slice the crepe cake into individual pieces and serve.

This Matcha Crepe Cake is a crowd-pleasing dessert that combines the rich, fragrant flavor of matcha with the sweetness of red bean paste, creating a perfectly balanced treat. The layers of delicate crepes, creamy matcha filling, and red beans make for a visually stunning and delicious dessert that is sure to impress. Whether for a special occasion or as a delightful treat for any time of day, this dessert is easy to make and loved by all ages. Try it out, and enjoy a matcha masterpiece!
