Matcha Earl Grey Jelly – A Perfect Fusion of Matcha and Earl Grey

Ingredients
For the Earl Grey Jelly:
– 1 1/2 teaspoons Matchazuki Excellent Grade Matcha Powder
– 200 ml Fresh Milk
– 60 ml Syrup (adjust sweetness as desired)
– 1 Bag of Earl Grey Tea
– 200 ml Plain Hot Water
– 60 ml Syrup
– 1 teaspoon Gelatin Powder
– 1/2 teaspoon Jelly Powder
For the Matcha Mixture:
– 1 1/2 teaspoons Matchazuki Excellent Grade Matcha Powder
– 200 ml Fresh Milk
– Ice
– Syrup (to taste)
– Whipped Cream (for garnish)

Instructions
1. Prepare the Earl Grey Jelly:
– Pour 200 ml of plain water into a pot and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, steep the Earl Grey tea bag in the water for a few minutes to extract its full flavor.
– While the tea is boiling, soak the gelatin powder in water to soften it.
– Once the tea is ready, remove the tea bag and add 60 ml of syrup, followed by the jelly powder. Stir until the jelly powder is fully dissolved.
– Add the softened gelatin and continue stirring until all ingredients are completely dissolved. Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate until set.
2. Prepare the Matcha Mixture:
– In a teacup, add Matchazuki Excellent Grade Matcha Powder. Pour in a small amount of hot water and whisk with a tea brush until the matcha is fully dissolved, creating a smooth paste. Set aside.
3. Blend the Matcha Shake:
– In a blender, add ice, fresh milk, and the prepared matcha mixture. Add syrup to adjust the sweetness as desired and blend until smooth.
4. Assemble the Dessert:
– Once the Earl Grey jelly has set, remove it from the mold and cut it into bite-sized cubes.
– Place the jelly cubes into a glass and pour the blended matcha mixture over them.
– Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream on top and a light sprinkle of Matchazuki Excellent Grade Matcha Powder for added flavor and decoration.
