– 150 ml whipping cream

วิธีการทำ

Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
– Begin by finely crushing the crackers until they are in small crumbs. Mix them with the melted butter and granulated sugar, stirring until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
– Press the cracker mixture into the base of a mold, packing it tightly. Place the crust in the refrigerator to chill and set for at least 2 hours.
2. Prepare the Gelatin:
– Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for a few minutes until they soften.
– Once softened, transfer the gelatin to a microwavable cup. Add approximately 1 tablespoon of water, then microwave for about 15 seconds. Stir until the gelatin has completely dissolved, and set it aside to cool.
3. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
– Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. For an extra creamy texture, place the bowl with the cream cheese over a pot of hot water, stirring occasionally.
– Once smooth and well-blended, add the sour cream and whipping cream to the cream cheese mixture. Continue to stir until the mixture is homogeneous.
– Scoop out about 2 tablespoons of the cream mixture and set it aside for later use in decorating the cheesecake.
4. Add Matcha:
– To the remaining cheesecake mixture, add the MATCHAZUKI Medium-grade matcha powder. Stir until well combined, ensuring the matcha is fully dissolved and evenly distributed.
– Gradually add the melted gelatin to the matcha-infused cream cheese mixture, stirring well to combine.
5. Assemble the Cheesecake:
– Pour the matcha cheesecake mixture over the prepared crust, smoothing it into an even layer.
– Gently add the reserved white cheesecake mixture on top of the matcha layer. Use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the two mixtures together, creating a beautiful marbled pattern.
– Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 3 hours or until fully set.
