– 180ml Fresh milk
– 135g Cake flour
– 1 tbsp Cornstarch
– 15g Granulated sugar
– 1 tsp MATCHAZUKI Medium-Grade Matcha powder
– ½ tbsp Baking powder
– 1 Egg
– 35g Vegetable oil or melted butter
– ½ tsp Salt
