ส่วนผสม

Ingredients
– 130g White Chocolate
– 3 Eggs (size 0)
– 1/2 tbsp Matchazuki Medium Grade Matcha Powder
– 2 tbsp Cake Flour
– Icing Sugar (for dusting, optional)
– Whipped Cream (optional, for serving)

วิธีการทำ

Instructions
1. Prepare the Batter:
– Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler until smooth. Allow it to cool slightly.
– In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs until light and frothy.
– Add the melted white chocolate to the beaten eggs and mix until well combined.
– Sift the Matchazuki matcha powder and cake flour into the mixture, then fold gently until smooth and free of lumps.
2. Cook in the Rice Cooker:
– Grease the bottom of your rice cooker’s inner pot lightly to prevent sticking.
– Pour the batter into the rice cooker pot and smooth the top evenly.
– Close the rice cooker lid and set the cooker to the “cake” or “cook” setting, depending on your model. Start the cooking cycle and let it cook for about 30-40 minutes. (Cooking times may vary depending on your rice cooker, so you may need to check the cake’s doneness with a skewer or toothpick.)
3. Finishing Touches:
– Once the cake is done, allow it to cool slightly before removing it from the rice cooker.
– Optionally, dust the top with icing sugar for a refined touch and serve with a dollop of freshly whipped cream for an extra layer of richness.
