Hello, today, the MATCHAZUKI page, premium grade matcha powder from Japan, has a menu that cheesecake lovers should not miss at all. A smooth dessert filled with cream cheese, fragrant and rich with authentic Japanese green tea. It is easy to make, does not require an oven, and looks beautiful. Having said that, of course, today’s menu will be nothing else but Matcha Rare Cheesecake or green tea cheesecake. So, let’s see the ingredients and how to make it. ^^

Key Ingredients
1. 150 grams of finely crushed crackers
2. 70 grams of melted butter
3. 70 grams of sugar
4. 2 teaspoons of medium grade MATCHAZUKI matcha powder
5. 2 sheets of gelatin sheets
6. Sour cream 100 grams
7. Cream cheese 250 grams
8. Whipping cream 150 ml.

Procedure
1. Crush crackers and mix with melted butter. Press into a mold and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

2. Soak gelatin in cold water until soft, then put in a microwave-safe bowl. Add about 1 tablespoon of water and microwave for about 15 seconds. Stir until combined. Set aside. Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth. (Place the bowl of cream cheese on a pot of hot water to make the cream cheese smoother.)

3. When the cream cheese and sugar are smooth, add the sour cream and whipping cream and mix well.

4. Scoop out about 2 tablespoons of the mixture to decorate the dessert.

5. Add 100% MatchaZuki Medium Grade Matcha Green Tea Powder to the remaining ingredients, mix well. Add the dissolved gelatin and mix well.

6. Pour the green tea cream cheese mixture into the crackers, then place the reserved white cream cheese mixture on top of the green tea cream cheese. Use a toothpick to make a beautiful pattern and refrigerate for about 3 hours to let the cheesecake set.

The cheesecake menu is an easy menu to make. It also has a delicious and rich taste. It is a favorite menu for many people. Anyone who loves green tea must not miss it. I guarantee that it is delicious. For today, goodbye ^^
