Matcha Belgium Waffle Matcha Belgium Waffle

Hello, friends. Are you waiting to see the new menu? ^^ Today, the MATCHAZUKI page, premium grade matcha powder from Japan, has another delicious menu to recommend. It’s an easy menu that’s in a grid shape… Yes, if we’re talking about desserts that are in a grid shape, it has to be waffles. Today, I’d like to recommend Belgian green tea waffles, a delicious menu that’s easy to make for you to try. ^^

Key Ingredients
1. 150 grams of bread flour
2. 100 grams of cake flour
3. 80 grams of butter
4. ¼ teaspoon salt
5. MATCHAZUKI Medium Grade Matcha Powder 3 grams
6. 1 chicken egg
7. 100 grams of fresh milk
8. Yeast 4 grams
9. 2 tablespoons of sugar

Procedure

1. Sift both types of flour, salt, yeast and green tea powder into a mixing bowl. Add sugar and mix well.

2. Mix fresh milk and eggs together. Gradually pour into the flour mixture and knead until combined.

3. When the dough starts to come together well, add the softened butter and knead with the dough until well combined. When the dough is well combined, let it rest for 15 minutes, then divide it into equal pieces of about 40 grams each. Divide the dough into sheets, put red bean paste or other fillings as desired, and bake in a waffle maker.

Belgian waffles are another popular dessert. They are easy to make, delicious, and you can change the fillings as you like. Or you can eat them without filling, topped with chocolate, strawberry sauce, or matcha sauce. Try making them. They are not difficult and definitely delicious. ^^
