Mixed Fruit Matcha Omelet Bread

Hello, fans. This week is truly the week of Valentine’s Day. There is nothing but love floating around. Has anyone tried making desserts for this special day? Today we have an easy dessert recipe that is currently very popular in Korea. It is called “Mixed Fruit Matcha Omelet Bread or Korean style pancakes with fresh fruit cream.” Our page would like to thank the lovely fans who recommended this menu. Let’s go see it ^^

Key Ingredients
3 chicken eggs
Cake flour 75g
75g white granulated sugar
1 teaspoon MATCHAZUKI medium grade matcha powder
1 cup whipping cream
Fresh fruit as desired

Procedure

  • Separate the egg whites and egg yolks. Beat the egg whites with sugar until soft peaks form. Add the egg yolks and beat until combined.
  • Add the sifted flour and matcha green tea powder, mix well, and fry in a Teflon pan over low heat until cooked through.
  • Whip the whipped cream (if you like it sweet, add 1 tablespoon of icing sugar) until it forms peaks. Scoop into a piping bag and squeeze the dough sheets together. Place the whipped cream in the center of the pancake and add the fruits as desired.

Mixed Fruit Matcha Omelet Bread or Korean style pancake with fresh fruit cream is a really popular dessert right now because it is easy to make. The fresh cream flavor goes well with fresh fruits and the richness of the green tea pancake batter. It looks cute and is delicious any time of day. Especially if you eat it with cold green tea, it is so delicious that you can’t stop eating it. ^^
