  • Whip the whipped cream (if you like it sweet, add 1 tablespoon of icing sugar) until it forms peaks. Scoop into a piping bag and squeeze the dough sheets together. Place the whipped cream in the center of the pancake and add the fruits as desired.

Mixed Fruit Matcha Omelet Bread or Korean style pancake with fresh fruit cream is a really popular dessert right now because it is easy to make. The fresh cream flavor goes well with fresh fruits and the richness of the green tea pancake batter. It looks cute and is delicious any time of day. Especially if you eat it with cold green tea, it is so delicious that you can’t stop eating it. ^^

White Choc Matcha Bread

Hello, all lovely fans of MATCHAZUKI Premium Matcha Powder from Japan. The weather has been changing a lot lately. Some days it rains, sometimes it’s very hot. It’s best to sip water often and take care of your health. Today, we have a bread menu that seems difficult to make. Plus, you have to sit and knead the dough. By the time it’s done, you’ll probably be exhausted. Today, we’d like to introduce another very interesting bread menu that doesn’t require any kneading. It’s easy to make and very delicious too. The menu is “No Knead White Choc Matcha Bread or Green Tea White Choc Bread without Kneading”. Let’s take a look at the ingredients and how to make it. ^^

Key Ingredients
1. Bread flour 245 grams
2. 2 eggs
3. 170 grams of fresh milk
4. 25 grams of sugar
5. 2 teaspoons of medium grade MATCHAZUKI matcha powder
6. Yeast powder 6 grams
7. Salt 6 grams
8. 30 grams of water
9. White chocolate chips 40 grams
10. Rice bran oil 30 grams

Procedure

1. Mix eggs, fresh milk, water, sugar, oil, and yeast in a mixing bowl. Beat with a hand mixer at low speed until well blended.

2. Add bread flour, matcha green tea powder and salt. Continue mixing at medium speed for 5 minutes.

No Knead White Choc Matcha Bread or green tea white chocolate bread without kneading is a simple bread that does not require a lot of kneading, but has a delicious taste, rich green tea and the sweet aroma of white chocolate chips that melt in the bread, making the bread not too dry. It is equally delicious when eaten with hot tea or coffee.
