Procedure

1. Melt white chocolate in microwave for about 20-30 seconds. Set aside.

2. Beat the softened butter with sugar with an electric mixer at medium speed until fluffy.

3. Add the eggs and beat until combined. Add the fresh milk and white chocolate and beat until well combined.

4. Adjust to low speed, add medium grade MATCHAZUKI matcha powder and sifted flour and ammonia bicarbonate, beat until well combined.

5. Scoop the mixture into small balls, roll in icing sugar, roll into balls, arrange on a tray and put in the oven, bake at 170-180 degrees for 20 minutes, remove and let cool.
