Hello, I’ve been gone for a week. Does anyone miss the delicious dessert recipes?
Today, the MATCHAZUKI page, premium grade matcha powder from Japan, has a dessert menu that is veryyyyyy easy, with only a few ingredients, and you can make it with just a rice cooker. That is, Rice Cooker Gateau Matcha or green tea gateau cake in a rice cooker. Let’s take a look and see how easy it is ^^
Key Ingredients
White Chocolate 130g
Chicken eggs (size 0) 3 eggs
1/2 tablespoon MATCHAZUKI medium grade matcha powder
2 tablespoons cake flour
Icing sugar, as desired
Procedure
- Melt the white chocolate over hot water (in a saucepan, place the white chocolate in a mixing bowl over the saucepan) until melted.
- Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and mix the egg yolks with the melted white chocolate. Mix well. Then sift in the cake flour and 1/2 tbsp of matcha green tea powder. Mix well again and set aside.
- Beat the egg whites until fluffy, then mix with the white chocolate mixture. Fold until well blended. Pour into the rice cooker, press the cooking program as usual, wait until the machine cuts, remove from the cooker and let it cool down.
- Cut and serve on a plate, sprinkle with icing sugar as desired. Serve with whipped cream for another delicious taste.
Rice Cooker Gateau Matcha is an easy dessert to make, right? You don’t need many tools or ingredients to make it. This dessert will give you a soft texture that melts in your mouth, similar to eating green tea lava cake. It’s even more delicious when eaten with whipped cream. Try making it and you’ll love how easy it is to make. ^^
