This menu is not difficult to make. Let’s try making it.

Key Ingredients

2 teaspoons of medium grade MATCHAZUKI matcha powder

Hot water 350 ml

Syrup (adjust sweetness as desired) 90 ml

Cream cheese 100g

Whipped cream 50 ml

Procedure

  • Put medium grade MATCHAZUKI matcha powder into a teacup, pour a little hot water, and use a tea whisk to dissolve the matcha powder. Mix until the matcha powder is well mixed with the water, then set aside.
  • Pour the remaining hot water into a glass, followed by syrup, adjust the sweetness to your liking, and the dissolved matcha mixture. Stir to combine and set aside to cool.
  • Beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Add the whipped cream and beat until combined.
  • Add cooled matcha, add ice, garnish with cream cheese and medium grade MATCHAZUKI matcha powder. It’s done and ready to serve.
