1/2 cup coconut water

1 cup ice

1/3 cup white chocolate

MATCHAZUKI Classic Grade Matcha Powder 1 1/2 teaspoons

3 tablespoons warm water

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup ice

1/2 cup strawberries

Procedure

  • Put Classic MATCHAZUKI matcha powder into a teacup, pour a little water and use a tea whisk to dissolve the matcha powder. Mix until the matcha powder is well mixed with the water and set aside.
  • Melt the White Chocolate in a pot over low heat until the White Chocolate melts. Add the coconut water and stir until the mixture is combined. Add the melted matcha mixture and stir until combined again.
  • Add shaved ice to a blender, then add the matcha mixture. Blend until everything is well blended. Pour into prepared glasses (this will be the first layer).
  • Place the strawberries in a blender, add the sweetened condensed milk and a few ice cubes, and blend until all ingredients are combined.
  • Pour into a glass and top with a matcha layer (makes 2 layers). Decorate with fresh strawberries as desired. Ready to serve.
