1 cup ready-made panna cotta

Syrup 30 ml

150 ml warm fresh milk

Procedure

  • Put Classic MATCHAZUKI matcha powder into a teacup, pour hot water and use a tea whisk to dissolve the matcha powder. Mix until the matcha powder is well mixed with the water and set aside.
  • Add ice to a blender, pour in warm milk and the prepared matcha mixture, add syrup as desired, then blend until well blended.
  • Decorate the prepared glass with chocolate sauce. Add the prepared panna cotta into the glass and pour the blended matcha into it. Decorate with whipped cream and chocolate sauce on top as desired. Ready to serve.

Sweetened fresh milk 100 ml

Syrup (adjust sweetness to taste) 30 ml

  • Melt the White Chocolate with sweetened fresh milk over low heat until melted.
  • Pour the melted White Chocolate mixture and ice into a blender. Blend until all ingredients are combined. Pour into prepared glasses for serving.

  • Put medium grade MATCHAZUKI matcha powder into a teacup, pour in warm water and use a tea whisk to dissolve the matcha powder. Mix until the matcha powder is well mixed with the water and set aside.

1/2 cup strawberries

Procedure

  • Put Classic MATCHAZUKI matcha powder into a teacup, pour a little water and use a tea whisk to dissolve the matcha powder. Mix until the matcha powder is well mixed with the water and set aside.
  • Melt the White Chocolate in a pot over low heat until the White Chocolate melts. Add the coconut water and stir until the mixture is combined. Add the melted matcha mixture and stir until combined again.
  • Add shaved ice to a blender, then add the matcha mixture. Blend until everything is well blended. Pour into prepared glasses (this will be the first layer).
  • Place the strawberries in a blender, add the sweetened condensed milk and a few ice cubes, and blend until all ingredients are combined.
  • Pour into a glass and top with a matcha layer (makes 2 layers). Decorate with fresh strawberries as desired. Ready to serve.

MATCHAZUKI Excellent Grade Matcha Powder 1 1/2 teaspoons

Fresh milk 200 ml

Syrup 60 ml

1 bag of Earl grey tea

Plain water (hot) 200 ml

Syrup 60 ml

1 teaspoon gelatin powder

1/2 teaspoon jelly powder

Procedure

  • Pour water into a pot, boil Earl grey tea with water.
  • While waiting for the tea to boil, soak the gelatin in water until soft and swelled.
  • When the tea boils, add the syrup, followed by the jelly powder and softened gelatin. Stir the mixture continuously until all the ingredients have dissolved. Pour into the mold and refrigerate.
  • Put Excellet grade MATCHAZUKI matcha powder into a teacup, pour a little hot water, and use a tea whisk to dissolve the matcha powder. Mix until the matcha powder is well mixed with the water, then set aside.
  • Add ice to a blender, followed by fresh milk and the prepared matcha mixture. Add a little syrup, adjust the sweetness to your liking, and start blending.
  • Take the set Earl grey jelly and cut it into bite-sized squares and scoop into glasses.
  • Add whipped cream and the blended matcha mixture. Decorate with whipped cream on top and sprinkle with MATCHAZUKI Excellent matcha powder as desired. Now you have a sweet and smooth Matcha Earlgrey Jelly.
