This menu is easy to make in just a few steps.
I’d like everyone to try it, Matcha Strawberry Frappe.
Key Ingredients
1 teaspoon of Classic grade MATCHAZUKI matcha powder
Plain water 50 ml
Fresh milk 100 ml
Syrup 50 ml
Whipping cream 100 ml
Strawberry syrup 30 ml
Green tea KitKat for decoration
Procedure
- Put Classic MATCHAZUKI matcha powder into a teacup, pour hot water and use a tea whisk to dissolve the matcha powder. Mix until the matcha powder is well mixed with the water and set aside.
- Pour the prepared matcha mixture into fresh milk, add syrup to desired sweetness, and mix all ingredients together.
- Pour whipping cream into the prepared container. Pour in strawberry syrup. Use a mixer to beat the whipping cream until fluffy.
- Add ice to a serving glass and pour in the matcha. Top with strawberry whipped cream and green tea KitKat as desired. It’s ready to serve.
