Key Ingredients

Dough
1. All-purpose flour 60 grams
2. 3 tablespoons of sugar
3. 1/2 tablespoon MATCHAZUKI medium grade matcha powder
4. 1 chicken egg
5. Clean water 50 grams
6. 1 teaspoon baking powder
7. 1 teaspoon baking soda

Pastry filling

Procedure

1. Mix all the ingredients of the dough together well and let it rest for 1 hour.
