White Chocolate Matcha

Key Ingredients
White Chocolate 100g
Sweetened fresh milk 100 ml
Syrup (adjust sweetness to taste) 30 ml
ice
MATCHAZUKI Medium Grade Matcha Powder 1 1/2 teaspoons
100 ml hot water
Procedure
- Melt the White Chocolate with sweetened fresh milk over low heat until melted.
- Pour the melted White Chocolate mixture and ice into a blender. Blend until all ingredients are combined. Pour into prepared glasses for serving.
- Put medium grade MATCHAZUKI matcha powder into a teacup, pour hot water and use a tea whisk to dissolve the matcha powder. Mix until the matcha powder is well mixed with the water and set aside.
- Pour the matcha mixture and ice into a blender, add syrup to desired sweetness, blend until all ingredients are combined, and pour over the white chocolate mixture. Decorate with white chocolate as desired and serve.
