สวัสดีครับ วันนี้เพจ MATCHAZUKI ผงมัทฉะเกรดพรีเมี่ยมจากญี่ปุ่น มีอีกหนึ่งเมนูยอดฮิตที่ทำได้ง่ายๆมาแนะนำครับ เมนูขนมที่อยากแนะนำวันนี้ก็คือ โรตีชาเขียว นั่นเอง เมนูง่ายๆแต่ถ้าตกแต่งสวยๆ ก็เก๋และน่าทานไม่แพ้เมนูอื่นเลยล่ะครับ ไปดูขั้นตอนการทำกันดีกว่าครับ ^^

ส่วนผสมสำคัญ
แป้งเครป
1. แป้งเอนกประสงค์ 500 กรัม
2. เนยละลาย 20 กรัม
3. เกลือ ¼ ช้อนชา
4. ผงมัทฉะ MATCHAZUKI เกรด Medium 2 ช้อนชา
5. ไข่ไก่ 1 ฟอง
6. นมสดจืด 250 กรัม
7. นมข้นหวาน 70 กรัม
8. น้ำมันพืชหรือเนยจืดละลาย 45 กรัม (เอาไว้ชุบแป้งที่นวดเสร็จแล้ว)

ขั้นตอนการทำ

1. นำแป้ง เกลือ และผงชาเขียว ร่อนใส่ชามผสมไว้

2. นำเนยละลาย นมสด ไข่ไก่ นมข้นหวาน ผสมให้เข้ากัน

3. นำส่วนผสมเนยละลาย ค่อยเทใส่ลงในส่วนแป้ง นวดให้เข้ากันดีเป็นเนื้อเดียวกัน แล้วแบ่งแป้งเป็นก้อนๆ ตามขนาดที่ต้องการ นำไปชุบเนยละลายอีกครั้ง แล้วพักแป้งทิ้งไว้อย่างน้อย 3 ชั่วโมง

4. นำแป้งมาคลึงหรือใช้มือกดให้เป็นแผ่งบางๆ แล้วนำไปทอดในกระทะจนแป้งสุก และใสขึ้น หั่นเป็นชิ้นๆ และเสิร์ฟใส่จาน เสิร์ฟคู่กับผลไม้ต่างๆตามชอบ หรือจะเสิร์ฟกับไอศครีม หรือวิปครีมตามชอบใจ ราดด้วยซอสมัทฉะอีกนิด ก็อร่อยได้แล้วล่ะครับ ^^

โรตีนั้น เป็นขนมยอดฮิตของไทยอีกอย่างนึงเลย เป็นขนมที่ทำไม่ยาก อร่อยและเปลี่ยนท็อปปิ้งได้ตามชอบใจ แถมถูกใจทั้งเด็กและผู้ใหญ่ หากใครชื่นชอบเมนูนี้ ลองทำกันดูนะครับ ไม่ยากและอร่อยแน่นอนครับ ^^

Procedure

  • Dissolve yuzu tea mixed with honey in 55 ml of warm water, add lemon juice and stir well.

หน้าขนมครก

4. เกลือ ½ ช้อนชา

ขั้นตอนการทำ

1. นำส่วนผสมตัวขนม ผสมให้เข้ากัน พักแป้งไว้อย่างน้อย 1 ชั่วโมง

2. นำส่วนผสมหน้าขนม ผสมให้เข้ากัน พักแป้งไว้อย่างน้อย 1 ชั่วโมง

3. นำตัวเบ้าขนมครกตั้งไฟให้ร้อน ทาน้ำมันรอให้ร้อน หยอดตัวขนมครกลงไปประมาณ ¾ ของเบ้าขนมครก ปิดฝาให้ตัวขนมสุกดี ราดทับด้วยตัวหน้าขนมครกเล็กน้อย ปิดฝารอให้สุกและด้านนอกเริ่มเกรียมอีกครั้ง

4. เมื่อขนมครกสุกดี ใช้ช้อนสั้นแคะขนมออกจากเบ้า โรยหน้าด้วยถั่วแดง หรือฝอยทอง ตามชอบ
