Procedure

  • Melt butter and white chocolate in microwave for about 40 seconds. Remove and stir until well blended. Add sugar and set aside to cool.
  • Add the eggs and mix until well blended. Then heat the flour, 100% MatchaZuki green tea powder and baking powder and mix until well blended without clumping. Add the fresh milk and mix well. Set aside for 15 minutes.
  • Preheat waffle maker. Spread a little butter on top, then add the waffle mix. Cook for about 1-2 minutes or until cooked. Remove from heat and let cool on a wire rack.
  • Whip whipping cream until stiff peaks form, scoop onto waffles, then top with red bean paste as desired, then place another waffle on top, wrap in foil or plastic wrap, refrigerate for about half an hour or until the cream sets, then cut and serve.

ไวท์ช็อคโกแลตสับละเอียด หรือแบบชิพ 300g
ผลไม้อบแห้ง ตามชอบ (แนะนำผลไม้ตระกูลเบอร์รี่ สีแดงสวยตัดกับสีเขียว)
มาชแมลโล ตามชอบ
ผงมัทฉะ MATCHAZUKI เกรด Medium 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
เนยจืด 50g

ขั้นตอนการทำ

  • นำเนยละลายในไมโครเวฟประมาณ 20 วินาที แล้วใส่ ไวท์ช็อคโกแลตลงไปผสมคนให้เข้ากันดี
  • ใส่ผงชาเขียวมัทฉะ 100% MatchaZuki ลงไป คนให้เข้ากันดี
  • ตักใส่พิมพ์ซิลิโคน หรือเทลงถาดที่รองด้วยกระดาษไข แล้วโรยผลไม้อบแห้ง มาชแมลโล ตามชอบ กดให้จมลงไปนิดหน่อย แช่เย็นอย่างน้อย 2-3 ชั่วโมง ให้ช็อคโกแล็ตอยู่ตัวดี

Key Ingredients

MATCHAZUKI Excellent Grade Matcha Powder 1 1/2 teaspoons

Fresh milk 200 ml

Syrup 60 ml

1 bag of Earl grey tea

Plain water (hot) 200 ml

Syrup 60 ml

1 teaspoon gelatin powder

1/2 teaspoon jelly powder

Procedure

  • Pour water into a pot, boil Earl grey tea with water.
  • While waiting for the tea to boil, soak the gelatin in water until soft and swelled.
  • When the tea boils, add the syrup, followed by the jelly powder and softened gelatin. Stir the mixture continuously until all the ingredients have dissolved. Pour into the mold and refrigerate.

  • When the cake is cool, divide the cake into 2 halves and set aside.
  • Whip the whipping cream until soft peaks form, add the red bean paste and continue whipping until stiff peaks form, then spread it on the chiffon cake, then place the cut cake on top.
