ผลไม้อบแห้ง ตามชอบ (แนะนำผลไม้ตระกูลเบอร์รี่ สีแดงสวยตัดกับสีเขียว)
มาชแมลโล ตามชอบ
ผงมัทฉะ MATCHAZUKI เกรด Medium 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
เนยจืด 50g

ขั้นตอนการทำ

  • นำเนยละลายในไมโครเวฟประมาณ 20 วินาที แล้วใส่ ไวท์ช็อคโกแลตลงไปผสมคนให้เข้ากันดี
  • ใส่ผงชาเขียวมัทฉะ 100% MatchaZuki ลงไป คนให้เข้ากันดี
  • ตักใส่พิมพ์ซิลิโคน หรือเทลงถาดที่รองด้วยกระดาษไข แล้วโรยผลไม้อบแห้ง มาชแมลโล ตามชอบ กดให้จมลงไปนิดหน่อย แช่เย็นอย่างน้อย 2-3 ชั่วโมง ให้ช็อคโกแล็ตอยู่ตัวดี

3 chicken eggs
Cake flour 75g
75g white granulated sugar

1 cup whipping cream

Procedure

  • Separate the egg whites and egg yolks. Beat the egg whites with sugar until soft peaks form. Add the egg yolks and beat until combined.
  • Add the sifted flour and matcha green tea powder, mix well, and fry in a Teflon pan over low heat until cooked through.
  • Whip the whipped cream (if you like it sweet, add 1 tablespoon of icing sugar) until it forms peaks. Scoop into a piping bag and squeeze the dough sheets together. Place the whipped cream in the center of the pancake and add the fruits as desired.

Today, our MatchaZuki page has an easy-to-make, refreshing and delicious menu for you: Chiffon with Anko Whipping Cream or fresh cream chiffon with red beans. Many of you are familiar with the famous triangle chiffon cake, but today we’re changing from buttercream to fresh cream with red beans. For something new and light, not too heavy. Dry part

Procedure

  • Start with the cake. Mix the dry ingredients together and sift into a bowl. Set aside.
  • Mix hot water with 100% MatchaZuki green tea powder and stir until dissolved. Set aside until cool. Then, beat egg yolks with sugar with a hand whisk until dissolved. Pour in vegetable oil, fresh milk, and mixed green tea. Stir until combined. Then, mix into dry ingredients. Stir until combined and set aside.
  • Beat egg whites with an egg beater until foamy. Gradually add sugar and beat until soft peaks form. Mix with cake mixture by gently folding until combined. Pour into an 8*8 inch pan and bake at 170 degrees for about 30 minutes. When the cake is done, remove and let it cool.
  • When the cake is cool, divide the cake into 2 halves and set aside.
  • Whip the whipping cream until soft peaks form, add the red bean paste and continue whipping until stiff peaks form, then spread it on the chiffon cake, then place the cut cake on top. Refrigerate to let the whipping cream set for about 1 hour, then take it out and cut into triangles or other shapes as desired.

2. Mix all the cake ingredients together. Knead until smooth. Place in a removable bottomed mold, about 8 inches in diameter. Add the prepared strawberries and spread evenly.

3. Mix all the crumble ingredients together well using a butter chopper or your hands until well blended. The mixture will be in small lumps. Sprinkle on the strawberries and spread evenly. Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
